ParkerVision recognizes this challenge and has faced it head on. The company has developed a four-phase process designed with the customer in mind, aimed at making product implementation as efficient as possible.

Selective RF Solutions

The primary principle of the ParkerVision Selective RF Solutions Model is choice. Give the customer the choice, understand their business model and approach, and work closely with their designers to customize high performance RF solutions.

ParkerVision has adopted a four-step system, which is tailored for each customer.

Phase 1 - Define Product Scope

ParkerVision works directly with its customers to define specific needs. It is during this phase that the customer's key areas of interest are addressed, project time frames are established and a detailed and customer-centric product scope is created.

Phase 2 - Establish Implementation Strategy

With the goals identified, ParkerVision and its customer work closely together to establish an implementation strategy. This includes identifying a detailed timeline, determining fabrication processes and system partitioning. The ultimate goal of this phase is providing the customer with the ability to choose all of the steps that will achieve their product goals.

Phase 3 - Provide Support for Implementation

ParkerVision's team of support and implementation experts work with the customer to create working prototypes. This is where the process of unifying all of the decisions from phase 1 and 2 are enacted. Initial system testing is conducted and fabrication timelines are completed. ParkerVision works with its customer every step of the way to ensure success.

Phase 4 - Deliver Finished Solution

Phase 4 is the rewarding culmination of efforts. Product testing is completed. However, ParkerVision's support role is not over. The goal for ParkerVision is ensuring its customer's success in ramping their solution into volume production.
